If any product in an order is refused or canceled by Heng Yu Biopharma Co., Ltd., Heng Yu Biopharma Co., Ltd. shall cancel or refund the corresponding payment in accordance with the then-current refund policy.All orders placed by you shall be subject to inventory limitations. Heng Yu Biopharma Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse part or all of your orders at any time due to unavailability, damage, deterioration of any product, or for any other reason, without liability or compensation. 
• We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you, and we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions apply to orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card information, and/or the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, distributors, or wholesalers, as determined by us.

• All product prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Product prices are subject to change at any time. Any promotional discounts or offers may be revoked at any time without prior notice.

• By placing an order, you authorize us to obtain information from or transmit information to third parties, including verification of your identity and credit card information, obtaining initial credit card authorization, protecting both you and us from fraudulent activities, and facilitating the delivery of the products you ordered to the specified address.\
