**Return and Exchange Policy**
**Return Process**
The evaluation period provided by Heng Yu Biopharma Co., Ltd. exceeds 7 days. Customers can apply for a return within 30 days from the day following the arrival of the product, provided that the packaging remains intact and unopened.
Returned items must be unused and free from any damage caused by human factors; scratches, damages, or written text on the outer packaging may affect the return eligibility.
Deliveries via international air passenger transportation to overseas destinations are not accepted after shipment.
**Evaluation Period**
The evaluation period is intended for customers to consider and confirm if the product meets their needs. It is not a trial period for the product. If the order includes gifts, the gifts must remain intact and unopened to be eligible for return.
**Return Guidelines**
Returned items must be unused and free from any damage or malfunctions caused by human factors, and are protected by consumer protection laws for 7 days.
Please retain the original packaging (including outer packaging) as indicated by our store, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
**Cases Unacceptable for Return**
Beyond the 7-day evaluation period.
Products that have been opened or used, or damaged due to human factors such as stains, malfunctions, damages, abrasions, scratches, or dirt.
Returns with incomplete or damaged packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.
Malicious or bulk returns.
**Return Process**
If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide details such as your name, order number, contact number, product name for return, reason for return, and photos. Customer service will assist you in the return process upon receipt of this information.

**Return Refund**
- For credit card payments: Upon successful return confirmation, the refund will be credited directly to the original credit card account.
- For cash on delivery payments: Upon successful return confirmation, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by you.
For partially returned orders, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual purchased quantity. After the returned items are received and inspected, it will take 15-20 working days to complete the refund process.
